How do I create a reminder?

To create a medication, task or appointment reminder, you have two options.

Option 1:

If a reminder has yet to be set on the day, then you can tap on the '+Add' button directly on the dashboard for the type of reminder you'd like.

Option 2:

You can select the "+Add reminder" button at the bottom of the dashboard and choose what type of reminder you require from here.

Once you have completed the required information and the reminder has been created, you'll find this listed on the 'All reminders' screen - from here, it can be edited.

How do I edit a reminder?

To edit a reminder, navigate to All Reminders from the Dashboard, find the reminder you wish to make changes to and simply select 'edit'

From here you can make changes to your reminder before selecting 'save'

What is a safe zone, and how does it work?

Safe zones enable any user to select a geographic area that the person with cognitive impairment frequents.

When the person with cognitive impairment moves outside of the specified areas, they will receive a notification checking in to see that they are okay and have options provided to them to ignore the alert, call a family member or find their way home (a feature we are currently working on implementing)

What the person with cognitive impairment will see:

If they are connected to a family member in the app, that family member will receive a notification, too, with an option to ignore the alert or call their loved one.

How do I create a safe zone?

To create a safe zone, select the 'safe zone' panel at the bottom of the dashboard.

From here you can enter an address of the location where you'd like to create a safe zone. Once you've added this address you will see the location appear on the screen as well a few more input fields.

You can now give this safe zone a name that makes sense to you e.g. home, and select the distance around this location that you'd like covered for the safe zone.

How do I edit or delete a safe zone?

To edit or delete a safe zone tap on the safe zone panel at the bottom of the dashboard

Select which safe zone you'd like to edit or delete and select the 'edit' button beside it.

On the 'Edit Safe Zone' screen, you can change the safe zone name, boundary size or location. If you want, you can delete the safe zone completely by selecting the 'delete' button.
